“1/2 Hour free” explained…

Tech support is free and anything that consists of warranty or fixing something that may be broken is included for free. The Free 1/2 Hour won’t affect the fact that Apex offers free tech support. The purpose of the Free 1/2 Hour is to keep our clients from being nickeled and dimed to death by webmasters who may not have the time or resources to do this kind of detail work for whatever reason. Our customer service team is the best way to get updates and modifications done that are beyond your reach. Also, if you don’t have the time to accomplish your updates: let’s say you will be on vacation on the day your marketing hits, and you need to change the content of the site accordingly then this team has got your back. Have fun on your vacation.

Part 1 – Master Partners
Apex Hosting works side by side through key partners Primary Hub and Third Second Marketing to make the boldest offer to you as one our clients. Primary Hub and Third Second Marketing offer help to Apex Hosting in the form of a bonus technical support. If you wish you can contact either of them directly, or you can just submit a ticket through your Apex Hosting interface.

Part 2 – What is Included
If you have an Apex Hosting account of “Value Plan” or higher, you qualify to receive a free 1/2 hour of professional updates or modifications to your website each month. You may have update software for your website already, and you can change information yourself. If you would rather have a part of your website looked at and handled by professionals, then this is the most cost effective way to do that. Keep your site fresh and updated without the worry of incurring unnecessary costs.

Part 3 – What is not included?
Due to the hourly costs associated, the following services are not included:

  • Complex Programming
  • Flash Development
  • Re-construction of the site
  • Other “Packaged” or “Bid” services by Third Second, Primary Hub, or Apex Hosting. Ie: This is not a discount system for other services such as SEO, Newsletter Service, SEM, Social Media Management, Etc.
  • Any service at any time that is deemed NOT included or at any time in the future.

We reserve the right to discontinue or change this service at any time with notice so that the already sent updates are not charged.

Part 4 – What is the Value?
At the usual market rate of $75 per hour the benefit of this service would be $37.50 per month. The Free 1/2 Hour program is a huge savings over hosting elsewhere if you have to hire a team for any reason to do your web-maintenance and updates.

Part 5 – What if I don’t use my Free 1/2 hour?
The free 1/2 hour is a “use it or lose it” benefit. If you do not use your free half hour, you cannot save it up for later as it does not accrue. NOTE: If you do not use your 30 minutes, the Third Second Marketing team may send you an email assessment for the next steps take in order to help you get the site to the next level. This assessment will be cost free and will be performed at the end of an unused month (so you will not be penalized if you send in a work order after the work is started).

Part 6 – What if I go over the Free 1/2 hour? What if my updates/changes/maintenance/modifications/etc go beyond the half hour in a month?
If your updates will take less than 30 minutes to accomplish, or be outside of the acceptable included services, the next notice you will receive is that the changes are complete and to check for accuracy. If your updates appear that they will exceed the 30 minutes, then you will receive a bid that will cap the work with a dollar value so that you don’t have to worry about paying for any surprises.
